Allison Ponthier
"Hollywood Forever Cemetery"
Shaking Hands With Elvis
Interscope Records
Director: Jocelyn & Dawn
“It’s also about how people think being famous will fix them – only others get more vicious and critical the less they see someone as a person. I’m very drawn to finding the human in people who have been dehumanised.” - Allison Ponthier
Nina Nesbitt
"Pressure Makes Diamonds"
Älskar
NN Music Limited/Cooking Vinyl Limited
Directors: Wolf James
"I wrote "Pressure Makes Diamonds" about trying to navigate my way through the societal pressures I started to feel as a woman in my mid-twenties. Making this album was a completely different experience to anything I’ve made before, although a lot of the music was created remotely, I feel that I’ve processed so much and learnt a lot about the relationships in my life during the last few years. I wanted to capture all types of love in their raw forms, whether it be romantic, heartbreak, friendship, coming of age, familial or self love." - Nina Nesbitt

"Come Around (Sunny Day)"
Chess Club Records
Director: Vasilisa Forbes
“‘Come Around (Sunny Day)’ is a 90s style summer tune I wrote around looped guitars and breakbeat samples. I wanted to create a tune with an upbeat vibe but with the lyrics keeping to a more anxious undertone. It’s about struggling to say what you mean when someone won’t hear you out – something I definitely relate to!” - Pixey
